This product is covered by a limited 60 day warranty, to the original purchaser only, to perform satisfactory when used as recommended.
Please Remember That Carbon Fibre is a Fabric and All of Our Carbon Fibre and Kevlar Materials are Inspected for Quality and Consitency. Although Some Waviness and Pulls May Occur in the Fabric, These are Not Considered Defective Product. We Do Our Best to Use Only the Highest Grade of Fabric Available for These Type of Applications.
Xcelerated Concepts warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty of the product. This warranty applies only if the product is used as recommended. The warranty does not apply if damage to the product is inflicted by, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, fire, vandalism, alteration, improper installation, or Acts of God.
Xcelerated Concepts shall not be liable for any incidental and or consequential damages including but not limited to, damage resulting from the use or installation of the product. Fading of paint or material coloration differences are not covered by this warranty. All custom applications including colored carbon fiber/Kevlar hybrid material, carbon fiber wrapping, custom fiberglass and all other unique component or modification sales are final.
Please inspect the product when received to ensure that its condition is satisfactory. If there are any issues and or concerns with the product please contact us immediately, all issues and or concerns with the product must be resolved before attempting to install. By installing the product it verifies that it has been received in acceptable condition, and may limit the extent to which warranty if in fact any, may be claimed on the product.
Product that is proved to be defective will either be repaired or replaced at the option of Xcelerated Concepts. This warranty only covers the cost of repairing or replacing the defective part. The warranty does not cover any and all costs for removal, re-installation, painting, shipping or any other incidental charges.
